Come join Jan as we take a look at the importance of grounding in everyday life, in ritual and magic.  We will be connecting to the beautiful landscape and the energy of the oak trees onsite.  We will learn how trees communicate with each other, how the live side by side in harmony, how they are eager to share their wisdom and magic with us.

There will be simple exercises and breath work to connect us to the energy of the trees.  Jan will guide you with her drum journey to bring grounded-ness and a sense of wellbeing to our community
