Delivery and Returns Policy
Most items in our shop are made to order and usually take 1 to 3 working days to process. Sometimes during busy periods this may take longer, we will display a message on the website if longer lead times are necessary.
Shipping Charges (domestic)
All items shipped to the UK are shipped free of charge on our standard service, express delivery upgrades are available as an additional fee in the checkout area (if available). We use Royal Mail for smaller lighter items and UPS for larger or more urgent items.
Shipping Charges (international)
We ship worldwide via Royal Mail or UPS, shipping charges to your country are calculated in the checkout area. International shipping times depend on which courier is used and what country you are in, please email us email@example.com if you would like to know a more detailed estimated delivery date.
Festival tickets and cancellation of tickets
Tickets are matched to your name, you will need to quote the order number and your name upon arrival to receive your wristband. The ticket holder must be present on the day. Your festival ticket is refundable if you are unable to attend the festival for whatever reason, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will refund you. Tickets are non-transferable!
Returns (physical items)
In the unlikely event that you need to return your item (within 14 days) please email us email@example.com explaining the reason for the return. Items need to be returned to us in a resalable condition, unless it arrived damaged. Returns need sending to the following address
