Trader Application Form 2025

At Solskin Festival we want traders from far and wide selling treasures to our Pagans & Heathens! We have space for around 15 traders onsite. We welcome the weird & wonderful, traditional and ways of old!

We are a small festival hosting up to 500 people, the aim of the festival is to create a small community. If making money is your only priority, then maybe this festival isn't for you.

Priority is given to traders that can provide a workshop or demonstrations

Traders need to meet the following criteria to be considered...

General Traders

Price for weekend pitch £123 for the 1st 3x3mtr then £61.50 after that
Customers are pagans & heathens so goods being sold need to reflect this.
Traders need to have their own gazebo or shelter, 3x3mtr is the standard size however, larger stalls can be accommodated, please tell us the size of your stall when applying.
Goods need to be designed and/or made by yourself, no mass produced items please.
Must have own insurance (proof needed)
Must have a card machine to accept payments, 4g signal onsite.
Traders are limited to 2 people attending, anyone else will need a weekend ticket purchasing.
Traders are to arrive Thursday to setup and take down on Sunday after 5pm or Monday.
No alcohol sellers, we have our own onsite bars.
Filling in the application form does not guarantee a placement, applications need to be approved via email.

Food Sellers

Price for weekend pitch £200
Must have food hygiene certificate
No single use plastic, we are an eco site.

NEW. From 2025 onwards we are taking a £100 deposit on applications. This deposit will be returned after your stall is NOT dismantled before the closing ceremony on Sunday (around 4pm). It is essential that your stall remains erect until this time as it destroys the vibe of the festival for everyone else, thank you

Please read and agree to each of the following conditions

Traders must arrive by Thursday 26th evening and leave no earlier than Sunday 29th after 5pm

Non-refundable Fee for trading 2025 at Solskin Festival is £123 for the 1st 3x3mtr then £61.50 after that for general traders and £200 for food traders

Each trader is strictly only allowed 1 additonal member of staff to help run the store, any additional people wll need to purchase a ticket

Traders must have a contactless card machine for payments (as well as take cash)

Traders are permitted to park and camp behind their stall (no fires on the ground)

General trader trading hours are 10am till 5pm or longer, we leave this to you.

No alcohol sales, we already have 2 fully stocked bars on site, thank you

Traders are welcome to join in with the entertainment after your stall closes (excluding feast).

I agree to pay a £100 refundable deposit for NOT dismantling my stall before the closing ceremony on Sunday

Insurance

A copy of your public liability insurance needs to be uploaded here. Dates must cover the festival period of the last weekend in June. If your insurance does not yet cover these dates, please send your current one and an updated one later, thanks
