Friday's theme is all about the 'Mind' and unlocking the wonderful thoughts inside our heads.  At 1pm we will

be opening the Tipi stage to hear what is in YOUR mind! 

Do you have a song, a poem or some wise words you would like to share with us?  Then sign up for your slot today and have your 5 minutes in the limelight!  Don't be shy, you are surrounded by like-minded people in a safe and welcoming space.  This is your time to shine!

• Slots are are a maximum of 5 minutes long

• Limited slots available, book now

• Arrive 5 minutes before your allocated slot

• You must pre-register using the below form in advance

• A microphone and single jack lead will be supplied (no time for tuning and sound checks)

• Single participants or small groups welcome 

• No political or hate speech

• This is a family friendly event, please be mindful
