Linking to ancient dance practise and finding an animal spirit guide
 
Come dive in to the ancient art of dance magic and the art of transformation through ancient sacred dance and magic.
 
Through journeying and rhythm we find connection to an ancient and ancestral rhythm. Connecting to our Gods, we uncover and align our spirit to the gift of a spirit animal, leading us to a deeper connection to the rhythms of our beat and soul.

This workshop offers ways of old shamanic and sacred dance practice to deepen our connection to the magic of rhythm, connecting  to old ways and magic through movement. 

Included within the workshop we: 

-Learn some ancient dance principles
-practice ancient movement and rhythms
-Journey and embodiment through dance and journeying
-Connect to our spirit animal guides and adorn a mask of magic found in the energies of ourselves and the spirit world.
 
 No prior experience necessary, over 12s welcome.

You may wish to bring an animal Mask if you have one or an image or totem. Or an Animal you connect with if you wish.”
